We run three programs. The main one gives small business owners free help with real business problems. Here is what each one does, who it's for and what to expect.
Our main program
Free business help
A small team of trained volunteers works with you on a real business problem, guided by experienced reviewers. It's free, practical and confidential.
- Who it's for
- Small business owners, and people starting a business, who can't pay for a consultant right now. We give priority to owners from low income, migrant and multicultural backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owners, regional businesses and women in business.
- What to expect
- Most projects run over several weeks. Your team talks with you about what you need, does the work with you, and hands over clear recommendations with the documents behind them. You keep everything.

- Writing a business plan
- Budgets, cash flow and costs
- Setting your prices
- Finding more customers: marketing, your website and your Google listing
- Understanding your customers and competitors
- Running and growing your business day to day
What happens after you apply
Simple and honest, from the first form to the final handover.

We find out about community finance options offered by other organisations, and share that information with eligible business owners so they can make informed decisions. If it helps, we can introduce you to those organisations.

What we don't do
F3 Global Australia does not lend money, provide credit or give personal financial advice, and does not hold an Australian Credit Licence or an Australian Financial Services Licence. We share information about community finance options offered by other organisations. Any decision, and any product, is between you and that organisation.

Training for volunteers
A volunteer pathway for university students and early career professionals who want to work in consulting and finance. Volunteers are trained, then work in small supervised teams helping business owners.
- Who it's for
- University students and early career professionals. Curiosity, reliability and coachability matter more to us than marks or a technical background.
- What to expect
- Volunteers join a team, complete training and work on real projects with support from experienced leads. The experience is useful for careers in consulting and finance.
